Yes. Laundry Free provides doorstep laundry pickup and delivery in participating Myrtle Beach and Horry County neighborhoods. Customers place their Laundry Free bag outside on their scheduled pickup day. Laundry Free picks it up, washes, dries and folds the clothing, then returns the clean laundry to the customer's doorstep.
Standard turnaround is 48 hours. Laundry Free is a monthly membership with weekly service — $259 a month includes one bag every week, and the rule is simple: if it closes, it goes. How much does laundry pickup cost in Myrtle Beach?
Laundry Free is a monthly membership, never priced by the pound. Club is $259 a month and includes one bag every week — 52 Laundry Days a year. Family is $479 a month for two bags every week. If you want to try it without a membership, a single Flex bag is $69.
Do you mix my laundry with other customers' laundry?
No. Every household's laundry is washed, dried and folded separately. Your bag gets a unique bag ID at pickup and stays with that ID through washing, drying, folding, quality check and delivery.
Do I need to be home?
No, and most customers are not. That is the whole point. Leave your bag out by 8 AM on your laundry day and it will be gone when you next look.
Where do I leave my laundry?
Wherever you and your driver agree at signup: front porch, doorstep, entry alcove, garage side door or driveway top. That location is saved on your account so it is the same every week.
How quickly do I get it back?
Standard turnaround is 48 hours. Bag out Tuesday morning, clean laundry back at your door by Wednesday or Thursday evening. Express same-day turnaround is available for an added fee.
Can I skip a week?
Yes. Skip or pause from your account up to 24 hours before your Laundry Day and you keep your assigned day. A skipped week does not change your monthly membership price, so pause the membership itself if you will be away for a while.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel from your account and you will not be billed again.
