Pricing
How much laundry fits in a bag?
If it closes, it goes. Fill your Laundry Free bag as full as the zipper allows — that is roughly three to four typical home loads, which covers a normal week for most households.
What if I have more than one bag?
Add an extra bag any time from your account for $49 each, or move to the Family membership if two bags a week is your normal.
How much does laundry pickup cost in Myrtle Beach?
Laundry Free is a monthly membership, never priced by the pound. Club is $259 a month and includes one bag every week — 52 Laundry Days a year. Family is $479 a month for two bags every week. If you want to try it without a membership, a single Flex bag is $69.
Pickup
What happens if it rains?
Our bags are water-resistant, and we ask you to place yours under cover when you can — a porch, an entry alcove or a garage side door. We run routes in normal Carolina rain. If severe weather stops a route, we contact you and move your pickup to the next day.
Do I need to be home?
No, and most customers are not. That is the whole point. Leave your bag out by 8 AM on your laundry day and it will be gone when you next look.
Where do I leave my laundry?
Wherever you and your driver agree at signup: front porch, doorstep, entry alcove, garage side door or driveway top. That location is saved on your account so it is the same every week.
Delivery
How quickly do I get it back?
Standard turnaround is 48 hours. Bag out Tuesday morning, clean laundry back at your door by Wednesday or Thursday evening. Express same-day turnaround is available for an added fee.
Laundry Care
Do you mix my laundry with other customers' laundry?
No. Every household's laundry is washed, dried and folded separately. Your bag gets a unique bag ID at pickup and stays with that ID through washing, drying, folding, quality check and delivery.
What detergent do you use? Can I request fragrance-free?
You choose. Standard detergent or a sensitive, fragrance-free and dye-free detergent, with fabric softener and dryer sheets each set to yes or no. Preferences live on your account and apply to every order until you change them.
How are my clothes kept organized?
Your bag is scanned to a unique ID at pickup and never merges with another household's laundry. Items come back sorted and folded by category and packaged together so they go straight into drawers.
Do you offer dry cleaning?
Not today. Laundry Free is a wash, dry and fold service for everyday household laundry. Keep dry-clean-only garments out of your bag.
Subscriptions
Can I skip a week?
Yes. Skip or pause from your account up to 24 hours before your Laundry Day and you keep your assigned day. A skipped week does not change your monthly membership price, so pause the membership itself if you will be away for a while.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel from your account and you will not be billed again.
Do I need a subscription?
No. You can book a single Flex bag for $69 and stop there. Most people move to the monthly membership after the first one, because the value is never thinking about laundry again.

Where do you pick up?
Laundry Free currently serves Myrtle Beach, Carolina Forest, Market Common, Surfside Beach, Socastee. Other Horry County areas are on the waitlist. Enter your ZIP code on our service area page for a straight answer.
Do you serve Carolina Forest?
Yes. Carolina Forest is our densest route and runs on Tuesday, covering Waterbridge, Berkshire Forest, Plantation Lakes, The Farm, Avalon and Forestbrook Estates.
Do you serve Market Common?
Yes. Market Common runs on our Thursday route, including townhomes and condos where we agree on a pickup spot at signup.
Special Items
Do you wash bedding?
Yes. Sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and blankets can go in your regular bag and count toward its weight.
Do you wash comforters?
Yes, priced separately because comforters need their own machine cycle. Queen and smaller is $22; king and oversized bedding is $28. Add them in your account before your pickup day so we bring capacity.
Billing
When am I billed?
Memberships bill monthly on your signup date and cover every Laundry Day that month. Extra bags and specialty items are charged as you add them. Every charge is itemised in your account, and you can cancel any time with no fee.
Safety
What if something is damaged or missing?
Tell us and we will make it right. Every order is tracked by bag ID, so we can trace exactly where an item was in the process. Our written care and resolution terms are on the Laundry Care Policy page.
