Terms of Service

These terms cover use of the Laundry Free website and the doorstep laundry pickup and delivery service.
The service
Laundry Free collects household laundry from an agreed location at your service address, washes, dries, folds and packages it, and returns it to that address. Service availability depends on active routes and is confirmed when you enter your address.
Your responsibilities
Place your bag at the agreed location by 8 AM on your scheduled pickup day. Keep standard bags within the 25 lb limit. Remove items that should not be machine washed, including dry-clean-only garments, and empty pockets before pickup.
Laundry Free is not responsible for cash, jewelry, electronics, keys or other valuables left in pockets or bags.
Billing, skips and cancellation
Recurring plans are billed on the pickup day for that week's service. Skipped weeks are not billed when the skip is submitted at least 24 hours before pickup. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
Missed pickups
If no bag is present at the agreed location on your pickup day and no skip was submitted, that week may be treated as a completed scheduled visit. We will contact you before charging for a visit where nothing was collected.
Limitations
Laundry Free is a wash, dry and fold service. We do not provide dry cleaning, alterations, stain-removal guarantees or restoration of pre-existing damage. Our resolution process for damaged or missing items is described in the Laundry Care Policy.
