We started Laundry Free because life is too short for laundry.
Families are busier than they have ever been. Laundry hasn't gotten any less relentless.
Over the last decade we've handed off rides, groceries, restaurant meals, dog walks and dry cleaning without thinking twice about it. Somehow laundry stayed on the list — the one chore that never ends, never gets easier, and quietly takes a couple hundred hours a year from people who have none to spare.
Laundry Free exists to permanently remove one recurring chore from people's lives.
That's the whole business. Not an app, not a marketplace, not a laundromat with a delivery van bolted on. A doorstep service with a fixed laundry day, a flat price, real communication, and laundry that comes back folded well enough to go straight into a drawer.
We're launching in Myrtle Beach & Horry County, South Carolina and opening routes one neighborhood at a time. We'd rather run a tight Tuesday in Carolina Forest than a vague promise across four counties.

Every bag is scanned to a unique ID at pickup and washed separately. No shared loads, ever.
One price, stated up front.
Flat rate per bag. Bulky items and extra bags are published on the pricing page, not discovered on a receipt.
A laundry day you can count on.
You get the same assigned day every week, a reminder the night before, and a text when we've collected.
We fix problems without a fight.
If something isn't right, tell us and we'll make it right. Bag-level tracking means we can actually find out what happened.
Note on trust claims: we publish operational details — employee model, background screening, insurance — only once they're verified in writing. You won't find a badge on this site that we haven't earned.
