This policy explains what information Laundry Free collects, why we collect it, and what we do and do not do with it.
Information we collect
Account information you give us: name, service address, email, mobile number, gate or access instructions, laundry preferences and special instructions.
Order information: pickup and delivery dates, bag IDs, weights, item notes, and order status history.
Payment information: processed by our payment provider. Card numbers are never stored on Laundry Free systems.
Website information: pages viewed, referral source and marketing campaign parameters (UTM values and canvasser codes) so we know which neighborhoods and campaigns are working.
How we use it
To collect, process and return your laundry, bill for service, send pickup and delivery notifications, respond to questions, and improve routes and service quality.
We do not sell customer information. We do not share your address or contact details with third parties for their own marketing.
Text messages and email
Service notifications (pickup reminders, collection confirmations, delivery notices) are part of the service. Marketing messages are separate and require opt-in, and every marketing message includes an unsubscribe or STOP option.
Retention and security
Order and billing records are retained as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Access to customer information is restricted by role: employees see only the operational details their work requires.
Your choices
You can review and update your account information at any time, request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account. Some billing records must be retained to meet legal obligations.
