Laundry Free is built to be usable by everyone, including customers using screen readers, keyboard navigation or magnification.
What we target
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. In practice that means semantic headings, labelled form fields, visible focus states, text contrast that passes AA, keyboard operability throughout, and descriptive alternative text on meaningful images.
Known limitations
The laundry time calculator uses range sliders. They are keyboard operable with arrow keys and announce their values, but if that control is difficult for you, call us and we will run the numbers with you.
Getting service another way
Anything you can do on this website you can do by phone. If any part of signing up, scheduling or managing service is a barrier, call us and we will complete it for you.
Telling us about a problem
Report an accessibility barrier by phone or email and include the page and what happened. We treat these as service defects, not suggestions.
